Players are given the option to click on the doll and toss it around the screen, where blood and limbs spread everywhere. You could argue it's a game that's made for closet sadists if some of the elements of the game (if you can even call it that) wasn't so comical. All you'll really be doing is finding ways to bash up your ragdoll and compete with yourself on how violent you can tear your doll apart.
